Our third and final delivery of the day .... was to the Bona Allen Mansion in Buford .... for the wedding of Nichole Caldwell-Richard. This was my first time to Bona Allen Mansion. I couldn't get over its size and beauty. To quote Nichole's mom ..... she marches to her own beat ... which is one of the reasons why I liked her. She designed her cake ... wanted tree branches drawn on her cake with little yellow dots (flowers) .. and that's what she got. I used dark chocolate to create the branches. Placed it on my dark brown plateau, and it surprisingly went well with the dark mahogany interior of the mansion.Photo courtesy of me.
