WEDDING: McCloskey-Goolsby, The Vinings Club, 11/6/10

VENUE: The Vinings Club
BRIDE and GROOM: Beth McCloskey and Oscar Goolsby

Beth had a gorgeous dot and damask theme going on for her wedding. So for her cake we alternated a single dot design with a damask pattern. Add a thin black ribbon at the base and red floral and this is the result.

Oscar is a major Falcon fan .... this was the first time I had "cut out" the falcon and I think it came out great. In fact, the wait staff kept going over to it and taking pictures.

Carved 1/2 sheet White cake filled w/ Chocolate buttercream
