Danielle Owen and Andrew Burkette married right on the golf course at Hampton Golf Village (off GA 400). It was a "warm" day, so I was glad the reception was held inside the Club House. Danielle's mom came to the tasting appointment ... she wanted three separate cakes: a wedding cake ... a groom cake ... and a brides cake. This is the first time I had ever been asked for a "brides" cake. Their wedding cake was a pretty square/round cake .... the groom cake was vanilla filled and frosted in fudge with the Georgia "G" logo .... the brides cake was chocolate filled and frosted in lavender colored buttercream.
